Alexander Leibner is no ordinary futurist. And he foresees no ordinary future. He often points out that we need to become wiser in an ever ‘smarter’ world.

Described by The Sunday Times as a seasoned communicator, Alexander's communication skills have been honed for the past 20-years both in-front of audiences and on live television, engaging with media, the public, C-Suite leaders and government officials. He is most memorable for his energy, wit and entertaining, yet informed presentations.

Some of his career highlights include attending the Annual World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland and in Africa. His work has taken him to over 35 major cities in 22 countries, some more than once. Alexander holds a Bachelor Degree in Communications from BOND University Australia and a Post Graduate from the Gordon Institute of Business Science.

Whilst many have focused on running commentary of the past year, Alexander has taken much time to reflect on the unfolding pandemic with a view of delivering a fresh voice in a world of panic, uncertainty and extraordinary change. In the 2020’s, we have learnt all too soon that every business has become a start-up; that if we don’t plan our way forward, nobody else will; that our health has come into a new level of focus and that we are going where no-one has gone before.

Alexander is currently based out of Johannesburg, South Africa and is a member of the World Future Society, an associate with The Futurist Institute and part of Faith Popcorn’s BrainReserve.
