At 17, Ali Ahmadi was smuggled out of Iran with no guarantee that he would survive the journey.

What followed was a series of life events that have led him to where he is today: a renowned engineer, board director and award winning keynote speaker who has addressed more than 75,000 people worldwide on resilience, leadership, change and burnout. His keynotes draw lessons from both his extraordinary life journey and years of experience in senior leadership roles, where he has experienced firsthand the pressures organisations and their people face.

As Impromptu Speaker of the Year and a recipient of the Professional Speakers Australia Emerging Speaker Scholarship, Ali has been described as a natural storyteller, thought-provoking, inspiring and entertaining. He is known for his ability to connect quickly with an audience, make complex ideas relatable, and leave audiences with a shift in perspective and practical insights they can apply.
