Aysha Turgut is a Business Futurist, entrepreneur, investor, and international speaker who explores how technology, real estate, and urban transformation are creating new opportunities for business, investment, and wealth creation.
Her perspective is shaped by a diverse background spanning economics, academia, art and design, real estate, and entrepreneurship. She earned a B.A. in Economics and later pursued graduate studies in Art History. While completing her M.A. and doctoral work, she taught at the college level for ten years in New York City and Istanbul. During her time in New York, she also worked at leading cultural institutions, including The Metropolitan Museum of Art. These years in academia developed the research-driven approach and global perspective she now brings to understanding the economic, technological, and human forces shaping the future.
Aysha began investing in real estate at an early age, purchasing her first property at 24. She has invested in the United States and internationally, giving her firsthand experience with markets, investment strategy, and the creation and preservation of wealth.
Today, her work focuses on how AI and data are reshaping real estate, infrastructure, and the broader built environment. She examines how these forces are transforming cities, changing how businesses operate, and influencing where capital and opportunity will flow next. Her thinking on cognitive real estate, human-centered smart cities, and cities as economic platforms connects technological innovation with practical implications for business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and communities.
Aysha is the author of the Amazon bestselling short read Earn It, Grow It, Keep It, focused on building and protecting wealth. Her thought leadership has been published internationally, including ongoing work with Bizpreneur Middle Easton smart cities, real estate innovation, and the future of business and investment. She also hosts The Grow Wealth Experience, where she speaks with entrepreneurs, investors, athletes, and innovators about the ideas and strategies shaping success in a rapidly changing world.
As a speaker, Aysha combines forward-looking analysis with engaging storytelling to make complex trends accessible and relevant. Drawing on her experience as an educator, entrepreneur, and investor, she helps audiences look beyond today's headlines, think differently about change, and recognize where the next generation of opportunity may emerge. At the heart of her work is a human-centered perspective—exploring how innovation can create not only economic value, but places and experiences where people and businesses thrive.
