I started my career in accounting and investment banking. Roles at PwC, Deutsche Bank, and Barclays taught me how good big organisations are at managing complexity—and how hard they find disruption. Too often, innovation looked like theatre. So I pivoted.

Now, I build environments where leaders can step back, confront uncomfortable truths, and think more boldly about what comes next.
