Crista Cullen as one of the world’s greatest defenders, was known for her sporting prowess on the hockey field. Achieving over 300 Great Britain and England combined caps, Commonwealth, World Cup and European Cup bronze medals, and two Olympic medals, Crista was awarded Great Britain’s Hockey player of the year (2006) and named three times in the International Hockey Federation’s World All Stars Team (2006, 2007, 2010).

During her sporting career Crista chose to work full time in the corporate world and also found time to graduate university, qualify as a pilot and start a conservation foundation (Tofauti Foundation). In 2017 she was also awarded an MBE and an Honorary Doctorate and completed a Masters in Conservation and World Heritage in 2021.

Since retiring from Elite sports Crista has been able to pursue her passion for helping others to fulfil their true potential. Crista’s ability to transcend barriers and connect with people in an authentic and safe manner, is truly one of her most remarkable qualities. When this is combined with her experience in building winning teams in Business and Elite Sports it makes her a transformational Coach, Business Advisor and a charismatic speaker.
