From Reactive Medicine to Predictive Longevity is an engaging and accessible keynote by Dr. Avron Urison drawing on his experience in medicine, clinical risk management and corporate health and wellness. This keynote explores how artificial intelligence can help everyday people take smarter control of their long-term health. Rather than replacing doctors, AI can act as a powerful tool to detect health risks earlier, track meaningful patterns in sleep, fitness and blood markers, and personalise prevention strategies before problems develop. In this practical and easy-to-understand talk, Dr. Urison explains how anyone can use modern technology responsibly to improve energy, protect heart and metabolic health, and extend their functional years — shifting from reactive treatment to informed, proactive health management that adds life to years, not just years to life.
