Lisa Powell Graham has been commanding stages and inspiring audiences globally with thought-provoking and transformational keynote presentations since 2009. Lisa has given two TEDx talks as well, including one on Why Women Will Save The World. Lisa was part of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign staff in 2016, and also worked on President Barack Obama’s campaign in Virginia in 2008 and President Joe Biden’s campaign in 2020.

Lisa has been involved in campaigns since she was 8 years old, and in 2005 earned her Master in Public Administration Degree from the Harvard Kennedy School at Harvard University. Lisa also trains women to run for public office, and is especially passionate about helping more women from historically underrepresented communities, including Black women, LatinX women, Indigenous women and member of the LGBTQIA+ community, run for office and win, and to step into their full power and voice.

Lisa believes that the world will be a better place when more women are in positions of power in companies and countries globally, and the research and empirical evidence shows that more women leaders equals better results at countries and companies around the world. Lisa’s keynotes are customized for every unique audience, and include current research on women’s leadership globally; the neuroscience of women’s leadership; inspiring stories from the presidential political trail; and how-to steps and actions as requested to help be sure that women are represented in leadership roles in countries and companies globally.

Lisa has travelled to 30 countries on 4 continents so far. She is an avid traveller; passionate about learning new languages; and has also been a professional swing dancer and belly dancer. Lisa is also a Martha Beck Certified Life Coach, and she leads global destination retreats to empower women to achieve their personal and professional goals.
