Lynette Ntuli is the Founding Director and CEO of Innate Investment Solutions, specialising in property and infrastructure development and enterprise asset management. With over 14 years’ experience in commercial, development and investment property environments, she has held senior executive roles, serves on several industry boards, and was the first woman in South Africa to manage a super-regional mall (The Pavilion).
She is a committed advocate for youth development and is the Founding Director and Chair of IgniteSA.com. Widely recognised for her leadership, Lynette has received multiple awards, including Glamour Woman of the Year (Business) and the Mail & Guardian 200 Young South Africans, and she co-hosts SME Funding on Business Day TV.
Lynette is a WEF Global Shaper, Choiseul 100 Africa Laureate, Tutu Fellow, and Mandela Washington Fellow, and serves as a non-executive director at entities including Liberty Two Degrees and the Durban ICC. A respected thought leader and speaker, she presents on development, leadership, property and economic growth across global platforms.
