With over three decades of experience as a working creative professional, Michael helps businesses understand how creativity delivers results. A two-time TEDx speaker who writes a monthly column on creativity for the Mail and Guardian South Africa, he also regularly features on Radio 702 as well as other media outlets, speaking about ACI(adaptability, creativity, and innovation). The world’s only certified Master of Creativity and Innovation Coaching, he is also trained in six other coaching disciplines and is an International Advisory Board Member of World Creativity and Innovation, an EXCO Member of the Creative Community of Practice of the BIC Foundation, and a Senior Consultant to the African Academy of Artificial Intelligence.
He is also certified as a Master NLP practitioner, and insix other coaching disciplines (Recovery Coach, Executive Coach, Intercultural Coach, Laughter Coach, Abundance Coach, Hynoptherapist) as well as a certified Coach Trainer and as ICF ACC, and as an Adaptability Quotient (AQai)Professional Practitioner.
He holds an MA from Stanford University and is currently studying for an MS in Creativity and Change Leadership from Buffalo State University. He has spoken at numerous creativity conferences and universities on the topics of creativity, innovation, and adaptability (Creativity Conference Iceland,Creativity Conference Oregon, ACRE, Miami of Ohio, Buffalo State University,Illinois State University, etc).
