With a career spanning over 30 years, Pavlo Phitidis has made a significant impact in the business world. His direct involvement in conceptualizing, building, and scaling businesses across 3 continents has led to the successful development and market entry of multiple businesses through start-ups, turnarounds, sales,and acquisitions.   

This experience led him to co-found Aurik, which works with established business owners to get their businesses to the next level of growth and value.

Pavlo brings practical strategies, tactics, and mindsets to the tough business of building a business. Beyond his personal experience, he draws on the work of more than 3,000 companies across four countries.

He is the resident entrepreneurial and business growth content contributor for a weekly radio show and podcast and has conceptualized and hosted 9 seasons of a business growth reality show. He has been a judge on a televised business pitch show and has  presented multiple business-geared series for online broadcast. Pavlo is also a regular media commentator on business growth issues.

Pavlo is an active keynote speaker at both local and international business conferences, with an average of 30 talks a year, and has presented seminars and workshops for national and multi-national brands.

Pavlo is the author of two books: Sweat Scale $ell, a best-selling playbook on building a business into an asset that can be sold, and Reset Rebuild Reignite, which offers practical insights on how to build a business to thrive in any crisis. He has contributed hundreds of business growth columns and articles to mainstream, trade and specialist publications.
