Born in Germany and raised in Venezuela, Peter Jaehne completed his international Abitur before earning a BSc in Hotel & Restaurant Management in the USA. He began his career in hospitality in the United States and Switzerland before moving into international conference leadership, managing high-level industry events across Asia.
He later founded his own events and training company and transitioned into business intelligence, leading projects for global organizations including Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Samsung, Nortel, and PETRONAS. Over nearly a decade with PETRONAS, he trained more than 3,000 professionals and contributed to strategic initiatives across multiple regions, while also advising government bodies and supporting high-impact national projects.
Peter co-created a unique aviation-based leadership program and has worked in human factors, forensic investigative interviewing, and talent systems design. In recent years, he has focused on applying neuro-behavior science—integrating tools such as NIRS—to leadership, performance, and human development. He has also contributed to coaching para-athletes, supporting a record-breaking performance at the Malaysia Para Games.
A multilingual speaker (English, Spanish, German), Peter brings a deeply human, science-based approach to complex challenges. His work spans corporate, government, and educational environments, with a strong focus on unlocking human potential. He is also an author, with published work on the neuroscience of betrayal and further manuscripts in development.
