With a Greek-German-Venezuelan-Malaysian makeup, Peter entered the human science world as a coach for Counter HUMINT (counter manipulation) in all continents, also for Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Samsung, Nortel, global banks and oil & gas companies. He applied his brain-behavior expertise into a sniper’s mental mechanism, that of pilot instructors and para-athletes. Each application from a leadership, high-value dimension, and always focusing on the individual’s mental health, enhancement and enrichment. Peter has pioneered a system that translates an objective, even a job description, into its neuro-behavior dimension to find the perfect match from a person’s CV. The natural brain-mind talent and potential finding what makes sense of doing, maybe even for the rest of your life!
Peter co-created a unique aviation-based leadership program https://youtu.be/8NyTVeOxC1g
and is a Master Certifier (Switzerland) in The Human Factors in Forensic Investigative Interviewing. For 30 years, he has been integrating mind science with continuously fresh clinical insights into personal, professional and academic settings.
As much as his Greek-Latin charisma add spice and rhythm in his sessions, Peter is known for his ‘Black & White’ presentations: driving clear, clean, contextual critical thinking for decisive actions. Peter merges science with organizational functions and human characteristics for the audience to be self-motivated and self-directed to seriously consider his content.
Peter travels from Malaysia, Switzerland & Colombia.
A multilingual speaker (English, Spanish, German), Peter represents deep human, science-based dimensions of working, leading and living. His work spans corporate, government, and educational environments, with a strong focus on educating and guiding the ’blueprinting’ and ‘architecture’ of the brains/minds of children and teenagers.
His published work on the neuroscience of betrayal is evidence of the reach of his passionate expertise. https://a.co/d/0grL735Y
