As a multi-award-winning filmmaker, creative director, certified life coach, and mentor, Stephen inspires audiences to think differently, overcome challenges, and develop the confidence needed to succeed.

He has spoken at organisations such as Lloyds Banking Group, Harris Academy, Renaissance Foundation, and KPMG, where his authentic and relatable message resonates with both young people and professionals. His sessions focus on developing creativity, strengthening problem-solving skills, improving decision-making, and building a resilient mindset.

Stephen refined his craft at Central Saint Martins and Kent University, gaining expertise in design, visual communication, and filmmaking. His award-winning short film Epiphany, inspired by his upbringing in Hackney and the resilience of his Windrush-generation mother, has received international recognition for its emotional depth and storytelling impact.

Earlier in his creative journey, Stephen trained at Mountview Theatre School and went on to work as a supporting artist in TV and film productions including EastEnders, Judge Dredd, Miranda, and Desmond’s. These experiences helped shape his understanding of performance, collaboration, and the filmmaking process.

For more than eight years, Stephen has served as a board member at the Renaissance Foundation, supporting and mentoring young people. He regularly speaks at schools and youth organisations on creativity, resilience, confidence building, and effective problem-solving.

Professionally, Stephen has held senior roles at major agencies such as VCCP and Ogilvy, creating campaigns for brands including Thomson Reuters and O2. At KPMG, he founded and led the motion design and video production teams across the UK and India for a decade.

He later established SLTV Studios, continuing his work in filmmaking, storytelling, and creative development. Stephen is also the author of two books: Unlocking Your Potential: Goal Setting for Young Professionals and How I Made My Award-Winning Short Film.
