With a Master’s degree in Business Analysis & Systems Design and as a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, Tom combines deep business acumen with neuroscience research, mindset training, and brain-based behavioural change to help transform individuals, teams, and organisations. His work empowers world-class companies to unlock growth, elevate performance, and create lasting cultural change.

As a child, Tom was often told, “You’re good with your hands, but your brother is more intelligent.” After failing his 11+ exam and being labelled “average,” he became living proof that people are not defined by the expectations of others. His journey underpins his belief that anyone can reshape their future and achieve far beyond perceived limitations.

Trained through the NeuroLeadership Institute, Tom is an accredited brain and behaviour specialist who uses applied neuroscience and practical behavioural techniques to drive meaningful transformation. He has developed internationally renowned seminars and keynote experiences delivered to leading global organisations, including HSBC, Louis Vuitton, Emirates, Siemens, Unilever, and the BBC.

Through engaging interaction, real-world examples, and scientific insight, Tom helps audiences understand the limiting beliefs and fixed mindsets that hold people back. He explains how the brain can rewire itself to create sustainable behavioural change, enabling people to think differently, lead more effectively, and perform under pressure.

Tom’s work centres on one powerful principle: when people understand why they think and behave the way they do, lasting change becomes possible. His interactive and highly engaging delivery ensures ideas are not only understood, but embedded — creating an immediate and measurable impact on leadership, performance, and culture.

Tom is currently writing a new book on Human-Centric Leadership, challenging the traditional leadership models that focus solely on what leaders do rather than who they are being. Drawing on more than 35 years of global leadership experience and grounded in applied neuroscience, the book explores the unconscious patterns, threat responses, and beliefs that shape leadership behaviour. It offers senior leaders a practical roadmap to build high-performing organisations where people and performance thrive together.

On stage, Tom brings these concepts to life with energy, credibility, humour, and emotional depth — creating keynote experiences that go far beyond inspiration and deliver lasting behavioural change.
