Welcome is a former gang boss turned human rights defender, inspirational speaker, actor & accountability coach (registered with the ICR: International Coaches Register) specialising in the field of at-risk youth & children in conflict with the law, youth caught in gangs, substance abuse & addiction. He is multi - lingual and excellent in addressing real life issues, such as bullying, Gender Based Violence and challenges facing vulnerable communities.

Welcome is also the Founder &Director of Bright Spark Foundation SA operating in the Western Cape & Gauteng, as well as the Director of ShortCutz Johannesburg.

Welcome specialises inbuilding and developing people, teams and organisations. His unique approach promises success. While he deals primarily with teams in need of a push, an attitude adjustment or a helping hand (bit of extra assistance),he can also assist high performing teams to excel even further & reach their full potential.
